Pride Lands pt. 1

Risette smiled to them both. "Glad to hear that you're comfortable with your surroundings." The statement was to both, and in truth, she felt the same way. As long as she had her friends, Risette could feel at peace.

Xandrick shifted closer to her, then relaxed by her, as if to protect her from anything as he layed there, Vex just sleeping comfortable on her back as he was just being lazy.

She felt Xandrick shift closer and welcomed the feel of his fur against hers, purring slightly. Something came to mind then, a question she wanted to ask. "Xandrick...have you heard of dark keybladers..?" she asked lazily, trying not to yawn.

"Yeah I have.." he said softly, curling around her to help her be more comfy"

Again, Risette welcomed Xandrick's being so close. He was warm...

"I don't understand them...what makes them dark?" she closed her eyes, despite her attemtps to fight off sleep.

"They are the exact opposite of people like you...they wish to inflict and cause pain on others or is in their nature to do so, as for ones like you, would prefer to relieve people of pain and would go out of your way to help others...as they would go out of there way to hurt others...just darkned souls..." he said softly.

"they sound so awful....people can be that bad..." sheshifted her head, so it fell against Xandrick's chest. "..can they..?"

He let her, as he relaxed. "They can...and they can be worse than that as well...Why do you think you find such powerful heartless sometimes...?" he asked softly.

"...They make those really tough heartless..?" she muttered. "Heh..ther's still so much I need to learn..." Despite what her friend told her, Risette couldn't believe dark keybladers were bad. After all, one had spared her life not too long ago, and another had saved it.

"So much that anyone needs to learn...impossible to know everything...unless you're a god or something..." he said gently.

Risette let out a small laugh. "Yeah, I don't think I know any gods, or know-it-alls. So, I guess you and me are stuck with what we've got for now, huh?"

he chuckled and nodded. "exactly" he smiled

She smiled back at him. "You know...we've never talked like this before. It's nice." In truth, it was the first peaceful moment Risette had seen in what seemed like ages. She planned to enjoy it as much as she could; a goal seemingly much easier with a good friend by her side.

He nodded. "Guess it's because we keep running into other Bladers and heartless...most not seeming to get along..." he said softly, as he was looking at a butterfly flying by.

"Yeah. Seems no one gets along with each other nowadays..." Risette's voice had lowered to nearly a whisper, and her conciousness was fading fast. She yawned again.

He only smiled at her, wanting her to rest since she was tired and nuzzled her softly.

The nuzzle from Xandrick really wasn't helping Risette stay awake. In fact, it was the last thing she felt before nodding off into sleep.

He smiled and let her rest, cuddling her gently as he lowered his head, resting as he gently sighed, closing his eyes, relaxing himself.

Garyx growled. "Urrgghh... stupid HEARTLESS!!" he shouted, holding his short sword in one.... paw and his long knife in the other. He began to obliterate them, but soon was on the run. He passed by Xandrick and Risette. There, he made his stand. Soon, he had gotten all of the Heartless, but had been severely injured. He limped off to about 20 yards away and rested there. He did not want to bother either of them.

Xandrick was a light sleeper and looked at him, his head up as he rose a brow. "..."

Risette stirred, slowly opening her eyes to the world again. "W-what was that...?" she mumbled, rubbing a paw across her face.

"nothing..." he said, nuzzling her again as she put his head on hers and licked her ear.

When I was riding my gummie ship, the engine fell out, then an explosion appeared and two parts hit my wings, I landed safely but in the process I lost hammer. soon I came to these people.(Risette, Xandrick, and Garyx)

"Ugghh..." Garyx mumbled weakly. He limped off to his own one-person Gummi Ship and left the world without saying anything to anyone.

I felt weird, then I turned my head and I saw a hyena tail and felt a scorpion on my shoulder, then I saw a lion cub, so I ran, then I turned my head again and the tail was still there, so I ran even more.
